The Site Pastor leads all pastoral care efforts to their designated congregation working with the Elders. They also step in as the main teacher when the lead pastor is away. They also spearhead engagement with new church members and act as a strategic advisor to the lead pastor, intimately understanding the pulse of their specific congregation. 

Directors are essential to the seamless operation of the departments they oversee. They ensure that each service provided aligns with our values and coordinates effectively with other ministries. The Director of Experience supervises the ministries focused on welcoming and serving family members and visitors, guiding them from the moment they arrive in the parking lot until they depart.
